Dr. Fraser graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. She began her career in her home city of Toronto but moved to Smiths Falls to raise her family in a small town. After 21 years in a Smiths Falls group practice, Dr. Fraser decided to open her own clinic in Perth. Dr. Fraser welcomes all of her current patients to see her in Perth, and is welcoming new patients to the Perth clinic. Dr. Fraser is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
